We hold no official affiliation, authorization, endorsement, or certified distribution agreement with Miu Miu, Prada S.p.A., New Balance Athletics Inc., or any of their parent luxury fashion conglomerates, brand houses, and subsidiaries.

All trademarked names, brand logos, custom hardware designs, and distinct product silhouettes featured on the Site are the exclusive registered intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. Their display on girlyyetedgy.com is utilized strictly for item identification, descriptive luxury alignment, and descriptive purposes under international Fair Use exemptions.

2. Authenticity Guarantee & Inventory Sourcing

3. Order Acceptance, Pricing & Fraud Screening

The receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our definitive acceptance of an order. GIRLY YET EDGY reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or cancel any transaction for reasons including but not limited to: inventory stock discrepancies, pricing errors, or automated fraud detection alerts from our banking partners.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

To celebrate our global collective of style icons, we proudly provide Free Worldwide Shipping via express premium couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). The risk of loss and legal title for all items pass to the Customer immediately upon our handover of the parcel to the designated shipping carrier outpost. GIRLY YET EDGY is not legally liable for international custom delays, localized courier routing disruptions, or stolen parcels after signature courier verification has been established.

5. Friendly Fraud & Chargeback Protocol

By finalizing a checkout sequence on the Site, the Customer acknowledges that they are purchasing 100% authentic, third-party resold luxury goods under our transparent 14-day hassle-free return architecture. Initiating unauthorized dispute cycles or "friendly fraud" bank chargebacks without first engaging our customer concierge team is a material breach of these Terms. GIRLY YET EDGY reserves the right to present these contractually binding Terms, shipping metadata, and authenticity credentials to card-issuing banks to aggressively contest malicious disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event shall GIRLY YET EDGY, its directors, or its fulfillment affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, wear, or performance of footwear purchased via this platform. These Terms and any independent commercial disputes arising out of the transaction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commerce regulations.
